What you are going to learn

A body-centred approach

When endless "hacks" don't seem to work, it might be time for a re-set.

How we feel - about ourselves, the world, and others - is what shapes our lives. Too often, ADHD leaves us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, alone, ashamed, and depressed.

Rather than the traditional focus on thoughts alone, this course blends up-to-date research and practical applications of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, polyvagal theory, and mindfulness.

Connect with others, feel understood, and get the most out of what really matters to you.

What you get:

  • 12 hours of groundbreaking live group learning sessions

  • Downloadable worksheets

  • Audio downloads

  • Video downloads

  • Access to your group forum - a confidential space to continue to connect

What students say about courses with Clay

This was a great course and Clay is wonderful. I learned so much and had a great time doing it. Clay really broke through my sometimes stereotyped ideas about ADHD.  At the end, I felt empowered through an awareness that ADHD is nothing to be ashamed of, and got many useful tools to help with the neurotypical world. A++++ Highly recommended!
Joan, on ADHD Reset
This course was outstanding. Relatable and research-driven! I love the reassurance that there's nothing wrong with being a night owl, and how our adaptability conforming to a world built for morning people can really cause us harm. Embrace who you are with understanding, and take this course to see if you are a night owl and how to thrive as one.

Robyn, on Sleep For Night Owls
My eyes were opened and my assumptions challenged—in a great way—several times in the course. I feel I have a whole new understanding of motivation and some great tools to use instead of waiting for inspiration to strike. I wish I’d known these things as a grad student!!

Frequently asked questions

Do you take insurance?

It depends, but yes! Please check with your provider that psychoeducational groups led by Registered Clinical Counsellors in BC are covered. In some cases I can direct bill. In others, you will have to take your receipt to your provider. Please let me know if I can assist in any way.

Do I need to be diagnosed with ADHD?

No! Whether you have your diagnosis or you suspect you have ADHD, this course is designed to give you tools and skills that make everyday life smoother, kinder, simpler, and more meaningful to you. Who doesn't need that?

What if I can't join all of the live groups?

We'll miss you! And, you will have access to the slides and materials.

What should I expect?

I get it - groups can be intimidating. They can also be ground-breaking and fun. I try for (and some say I succeed ;)) the latter. You can expect to feel welcome, respected, met where you're at, and accepted.

You should also expect to learn A LOT. These courses are designed so that they can be taken more than once - I am always adding and compiling for the maximum benefit.

How big are groups?

Small - under 15 people per cohort. This gives the time and space to connect with the teacher, the content, and each other.

Groups make all the difference

Learn. Reflect. Apply. Connect.

You can tell yourself that you're not alone, but groups are the proof. Groups uplift each other and normalize each other's experience.

Groups are cost-effective, increasing accessibility and cutting down waitlists. Compare 12 solo therapy hours ($1800) to 12 hours of Reset ($299).
15 heads are better than one. Crowd source knowledge from your cohort and build lasting connections.
